Payment details will be advised upon course confirmation. For international participants, payment will be made via telegraphic transfer only. Bank detailed information will be given upon confirmation.
If you are unable to attend this event, you may send a substitute delegate in your place at no additional cost. Please advise us of any substitutions as soon as possible. The participation fee will not be reimbursed upon cancellation. SEQTA PS will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from any changes to or cancellation or rescheduling of the workshop. If the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled, SEQTA PS will make every effort to contact every registered delegate. In case of cancellation or reschedule of a workshop, SEQTA PS will reimburse the participation fee, keeping an administration fee (see details below). SEQTA PS reserves the right to cancel the programme due to unforeseen circumstances.
The following administration fees are applicable upon cancellation: A 10% administration fee will apply if a registration is cancelled more than 5 business days prior to the course date. A 20% administration fee will apply if a registration is cancelled within 5 business days of the course date. A 40% administration fee will apply if a registration is cancelled within 2 business days of the course date.
Note: All workshops will only be confirmed if there is sufficient number of participants. You are advised to make your travel plans on confirmation of the workshop from us.
